Couples, hosts, and vendors are responsible for their own transactions, listing accuracy, service or property quality, conduct, permits, insurance, legal compliance, and any damage or loss they cause or incur. You agree to communicate directly with the other party about event details and requirements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WeddingCrashers does not assume responsibility for user-caused loss, damage, injury, disputes, or the quality, safety, legality, or availability of listed properties and services.

Hosts and event organizers may need commercial, premises, liquor, short-term-rental, and/or event insurance. WeddingCrashers' platform terms do not replace legal, insurance, zoning, permit, or safety requirements.

The expanded risk-allocation proposal is available for review and is not effective until owner approval and qualified counsel review.
